Position Title: Sales Manager

1. Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships for BSL Logistics Co., Ltd. The role leads the sales team in promoting freight forwarding, transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, and logistics solutions to local and international customers.
The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement annual sales plans and business development strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and logistics services.
Generate new customers through networking, market research, referrals, and direct sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and strategic partners.
Conduct sales presentations and customer visits to promote company services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service contracts for customers.
Lead negotiations with customers to secure profitable business agreements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
B. Customer Relationship Management
Develop long-term partnerships with key customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Handle customer concerns, service issues, and escalations professionally.
Conduct regular business reviews with major clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling logistics services.
C. Sales Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
Establish sales targets and KPIs for team members.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales personnel.
Promote a results-driven and customer-focused sales culture.
D. Pricing & Commercial Management
Collaborate with operations and management teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
Ensure quotations and service proposals meet profitability requirements.
Review and approve pricing submissions before customer presentation.
Monitor gross profit margins and business performance.
Support tender submissions and contract negotiations.
E. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
Analyze market conditions and customer requirements.
Identify emerging opportunities in local and international logistics markets.
Develop strategies to increase market penetration.
Prepare market analysis reports and business forecasts.
Recommend new services and solutions based on customer demand.
F. Coordination with Internal Departments
Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Management teams.
Ensure smooth implementation of customer accounts.
Coordinate service delivery to meet customer expectations.
Support collection of overdue payments when necessary.
Participate in operational and management meetings.
G. Reporting & Administration
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Track sales pipeline and business opportunities.
Present sales performance reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
Master's Degree is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, transportation, or supply chain industries.
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications
Education

Language Requirements
English: Good communication, presentation, and business correspondence skills.
Chinese (Mandarin): Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and partners is highly preferred.
Khmer language proficiency is required.

The Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records for logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and related services. The role ensures proper cost control, revenue tracking per shipment, compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and provides financial insights to support operational and management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate accounting records for logistics operations, including freight, trucking, customs clearance, and warehousing services.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Record and reconcile general ledger transactions related to shipments, containers, and trips.
- Track revenue and costs per shipment, container, or trip.
- Prepare management reports and profitability analysis by service line.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices (trucking, fuel, port charges, customs fees, agents, and suppliers).
- Issue customer invoices for logistics services and ensure accuracy of billing.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue customer payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances regularly.
3. Cost Control & Job Costing
- Monitor operational costs such as fuel, trucking fees, port charges, and subcontractor expenses.
- Perform job costing and margin analysis per shipment or container.
- Identify cost variances and report issues to management.
- Support pricing and quotation analysis for logistics services.
4. Cash, Bank & Petty Cash Management
- Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports.
- Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations.

5. Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, withholding tax, income tax, etc.).

6. Budgeting & Forecasting
